Our team’s role included:

• This 301,127 sq ft 14 story high rise headquarters includes multiple post production spaces requiring full acoustic isolation, CLED theater, multiple catering kitchens and serveries, along with extremely high end event and meeting spaces.

• Procured key components for construction early, enabling targeted schedule dates to be maintained. This included early procurement of elevator, steel, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

• Completing 4 phases of construction during the onset of the COVID pandemic, our team lost minimal schedule duration through impeccable management and industry partnerships.

• Systemized a deployment approach which provided multiple internal teams success in getting the building occupant ready.
